  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine machining operations, sequence, and dimensions
  • Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, or other machining operations.
  • Set up CNC machines, including installation of tools, fixtures, and raw materials.
  • Operate CNC machines to produce components with high accuracy and within specified tolerances.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues, adjust offsets, and improve cutting parameters for efficiency and tool life.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of machines and work areas, following 5S and safety standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any mechanical or control issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.
Job Requirement
  • Certificate/Diploma in Machining, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming.
  • Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code)
  • Strong understanding of machining principles, materials, and tooling.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
