Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for automation, predictive analytics, and AI assistants across CryoCord operations.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLM-based systems for patient and staff interactions (voice/chat agents).
• Build and manage data pipelines for structured and unstructured datasets (CRM, lab data, customer service).
• Collaborate with business units to implement AI-driven insights for sales forecasting and patient retention.
• Integrate models with Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, n8n, and ChatGPT or other Enterprise environment.
• Document and maintain all ML systems, ensuring compliance with PDPA and internal data governance.
• Support R&D initiatives on multimodal AI (text, image, audio) for future clinical and marketing applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or other related field
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in applied ML/NLP/AI engineering.
• Proven track record in model deployment, API integration, and automation projects.
• Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, SQL, API integration, and cloud AI platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with OpenAI API, Power BI, Power Automate, or n8n workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with data compliance (PDPA).
• Interest in healthcare/biotech AI preferred.
