Job summary

A leading facility management company is seeking an experienced technician for operations, maintenance, and repair of Air Conditioning, Mechanical, and Electrical systems. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot system failures, and assist in preventive maintenance activities. Candidates should possess a relevant certificate or diploma and have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in M&E facilities. A 12-hour shift duty roster applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of M&E facilities systems.
• Experience in performing PM activities according to SOP.

Responsibilities

• Carry out operations, maintenance, and repair for Air Conditioning, Mechanical & Electrical systems.
• Monitor system and equipment status on BAS.
• Attend, rectify, and escalate any breakdowns.
• Perform routine rounding and visual inspections.
• Assist & execute PM activities as per schedule.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• To carry out operations, maintenance & repair for Air Conditioning, Mechanical & Electrical systems.
• To monitor system and equipment status on BAS to ensure Plant Utilities continuously operate in smooth condition.
• To immediately attend, rectify and escalate any breakdown and failure to system or equipment to ensure zero interruption to production.
• To perform routine rounding to all system and equipment. To perform visual inspection and data recording.
• To assist & execute PM activity according and comply to the schedule and task as per SOP PM.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of M&E facilities systems.
• Certificate/Diploma in HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical fields or LV Chargeman Certificate.
• To work in 12 hours shift duty roster.
