Job summary

A leading construction firm in Malaysia, is seeking an Assistant Manager - Mechanical & Electrical to oversee and coordinate M&E works at site. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in both English and Bahasa Melayu. Responsibilities include supervising installations, resolving site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role requires excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with necessary knowledge of software tools like Autocad and Revit.

Qualifications

• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in M&E related construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all M&E works carried out by Senior Supervisors, Contractors and vendors.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Resolve technical, coordination, and site-related issues.
