Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review M&E design drawings, specifications, calculations, and coordination details.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, inspection forms, and submission drawings.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure proper design integration and project delivery.
• Coordinate and resolve M&E technical issues during design and construction stages.
• Site Supervision & Work Quality: Conduct full-time on-site supervision of all M&E trades at the Johor Bahru project site.
• Monitor, track, and expedite M&E work progress to meet project schedule.
• Ensure all M&E installations meet design requirements, workmanship standards, and project specifications.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all M&E trades comply with site safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
• Carry out routine site inspections together with client representatives and prepare necessary inspection reports.
• Support testing, commissioning, and system verification activities.
• Supervise maintenance works and defect rectification, including preparation of related forms and reports.
• Ensure timely and smooth handover of M&E systems.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder in relevant Engineering discipline.
• 2 years and above experience in the local construction M&E industry.
• Dynamic, proactive, disciplined and responsible character desired.
• Good communication skills and able to communicate & FOLLOW UP with project team at all levels.
