As part of our ongoing expansion, we are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operation Executive to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. This position plays a key role in coordinating daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth end-to-end shipment flow, and maintaining strong communication between customers, overseas agents, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiar with export, import flow and procedures, and TP trade (added advantage).
• Handle the full set of import and export documentation for sea, air, and land shipments.
• Coordinate closely with overseas agents, customers (shippers/consignees), shipping lines, co-loaders, truckers, customs brokers, and warehouses to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and verify Shipping Instructions (SI), Bill of Lading, invoices, and other shipping documents accurately.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively update customers or overseas agent on progress or exceptions.
• Oversee document approval, customs clearance, and trucking arrangements, ensuring smooth end-to-end operations.
• Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with service providers for container pickup, stuffing, and shipment loading to meet CY/CFS cut-offs.
• Issue Invoices or Debit Notes to customers or overseas agent in accordance with confirmed quotations.
• Support internal teams with day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with AMS, ISF, ACI, and IC2 filing processes is an added advantage.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations (fresh graduates with internship experience may also be considered).
• Strong understanding of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
• Excellent problem‑solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic logistics/forwarding systems.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
