A leading testing and inspection company in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator responsible for managing logistics arrangements, tracking shipments, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Candidates should have at least SPM, STPM, or a relevant certificate, be proficient in English, and possess strong organizational skills. This role requires good teamwork abilities and the capability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Managing logistic arrangements and tracking shipments.
• Sorting incoming shipments according to client and goods type.
• Storing items in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Processing incoming requisitions and issuing supplies.
• Maintaining records of orders and inventory using computerized systems.
• Preparing requisition orders to replenish supplies.
• Packing or shipping inventory to destination.

Skills

Proficient in English

Good organization skills

Able to work under minimal supervision

Knowledge in using computer/Microsoft Office

Good personality and teamwork

Ability to work at odd hours

Education

SPM, STPM, or relevant Certificate
