Logistics Executive (6-Month Contract, WFH)

Work From Home | Contract with Potential 2-Year Extension

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Logistics Executive to support our SG operations team. This is a 6-month contract role with a strong possibility of extension for another 2 years, based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update system on shipment details after receiving packing lists from suppliers
  • Coordinate with sales and customers on delivery information, client POs, and any special delivery needs.
  • Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DOs)
  • Follow up with forwarders on shipment status, delivery dates, and required documents.
  • Upload signed DOs onto system
  • Support daily coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Work closely with the warehouse and logistics team to monitor shipment progress.
  • Handle general operational and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Min 1 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping coordination, supply chain support, or related administrative roles.
  • Strong communication skills (email coordination with sales & forwarders).
  • Familiar with DO issuance, packing lists, basic shipping documents, and shipment tracking.
  • Highly organised, good at follow-up, and meticulous with data entry.
  • Proficient in basic computer tools and platforms (Excel, email, online dashboards).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a Work-From-Home setup.
