Job description
Overview

Assist with the e‑invoice process in the warehouse and logistics, ensuring timely and accurate electronic invoice generation, validation and record‑keeping.

Work together with store personnel for the information required for the e‑invoice application and participate in training sessions on e‑invoice procedures and systems.

Assist in providing day‑to‑day import and export shipment updates and addressing issues faced, and confer with team members or other departments to accomplish work activities.

Ensure the Group’s Quality System and Procedures are always adhered to and monitor customs compliance, including applying Sirim / COA / MITI for import and timely monitor / clear and declare K1 based on requirements.

Handle all tasks related to customs and government compliance as required, ensuring timely submission and adherence to established procedure. Always maintain harmony within department and sub‑department, and receive and act on any other instructions from the Head of Department / Department manager.

What to Expect

Support logistic import / export arrangements / day‑to‑day tasks including government‑related issues / tasks.

Support the e‑invoice application process.

Maintain filing documentation (Import, Export, Inland, Customs and FF, Lampiran M, Sirim and E‑permit).

Reporting to

Senior Manager, Warehouse and Logistics.

Experience and Personality Preference

Fresh graduate with logistics and warehouse experience, exposure in manufacturing line.

Skills, Knowledge Requirements
  • Satisfactory interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as being a team‑player with strong commitment to department harmony.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job.
  • Knowledge of MS Offices / computer literate.
  • Committed to the task given and multi‑tasking.
  • Negotiation and analytical skill for cost reduction in overall freight.
Education
  • Diploma / Degree holder in any related field.
Working Relationship
  • Internal: Head of Department, Team Leader or other department colleagues.
  • External: Nil.
