Summary of the role:

You’ll manage export shipping documentation and logistics coordination to ensure smooth, compliant shipments across markets (including East Malaysia and Singapore), with accurate billing inputs, cost tracking, and audit-ready document control.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Export documentation & compliance: prepare and submit shipping documents (INV, SI, COO, HC), permits (EM/ SG/ Middle East where required), and complete compliance checks for new items before ETD.
  • Billing & costing support: update shipping notes in BPCS, support billing requests, validate supplier invoices/ costing accuracy, and prepare credit note documentation when needed.
  • Shipment coordination: work with forwarding agents, manage Singapore truck bookings, track container movements with 3PL, and coordinate sample arrangements when required.
  • Document control & audit support: issue full document sets to customers, maintain organized filing on shared drives, submit required reports (e.g., MITI self-cert), and support annual audit documentation.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Business (or related).
  • 1 year in export logistics/ shipping documentation (Food/ FMCG manufacturing preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Hands‑on experience with export docs and permits (INV, SI, COO, HC) and endorsement processes (e.g. MICCI/ Embassy where applicable).
  • Comfortable coordinating forwarders/ 3PL/ transport bookings and meeting ETD timelines.
