Qualifications

• Familiar with operation of airfreight and shipping.
• Good command of customs declaration documents.
• Good command of import and export documents, like Invoice, Packing list, CO, etc.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for transport operations under MOT, meet responsibilities and KPI.
• Book and manage logistics and local delivery.
• Manage forwarder's daily operation and ensure delivery quality and time.
• Organize and optimize processes and control logistics costs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the transport operation of the relevant country under MOT, meet corresponding responsibilities and KPI.
• Book and manage relevant country logistics and local delivery, providing sufficient protection for the growing transportation needs of relevant country.
• Responsible for shipment delivery, shipment tracking, exception handling, local delivery management.
• Manage forwarder’s daily operation, lifting efficiency, make sure delivery time and quality.
• Organize and optimize the process, control logistics cost and put forward suggestions for improvement.
• Finish various duties assigned by supervisor and department manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma majored in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or international trade.
• Familiar with operation of airfreight and shipping.
