Job description

Our company is based in Pasir Gudang, Johor. We are involved in the crushing of Palm Kernel into Crude Palm Kernel Oil and Palm Kernel Expeller Cake. Our factory site operates 24/7, and our logistics activities operate for 6 days a week.

The candidate will be responsible for:

Six day work week (Monday - Saturday, 8am-5pm - Overtime will be paid accordingly)

Liaising with suppliers, carriers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of raw materials and finished goods.

Assist in the coordination and monitoring of inbound and outbound logistics activities, including order processing, shipping, and inventory control

Our company is RSPO / MSPO and GMP certified. The candidate will be responsible for shipping out certified goods reliably and accurately.

Maintain detailed records and documentation related to logistics operations

Provide administrative support, such as data entry, reporting, and filing

Support the wider logistics team in ad hoc tasks and projects as required

What we’re looking for
