Job summary

A logistics company in Iskandar Puteri is seeking a logistics coordinator to supervise and coordinate operations, ensure timely delivery of goods, and manage documentation for import/export. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related fields, have a minimum of 2 years' experience, and be proficient in logistics systems. Job description

Supervise and coordinate all logistics operations including inbound, outbound, and local delivery.

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily transportation, shipment, and delivery activities.

Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and smooth flow of incoming materials.

Prepare and review shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, customs declaration, etc.).

Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents for import/export clearance.

Monitor logistics costs and seek opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Coordinate closely with the warehouse, production, and sales departments on shipment schedules.

Handle logistics-related incidents, such as delays, damages, or customs issues.

Assist in managing and coordinating the purchasing activities and any related to SST exemption, documentation, and compliance.

Maintain and update logistics records, delivery reports, and KPI tracking.

Train and guide logistics staff to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the leader.

Job requirements / Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or international trade.

Minimum 2 years related experience.

Familiar with import/export procedures and policy, customs clearance, and Incoterms.

Good organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Proficient in logistics systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication skills in Multi Languages as this roles will required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
