Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics and warehousing operations. This will oversee inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse management, and 3PL partnerships, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost‑effective delivery operations for both domestic and export shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehousing, inbound and outbound logistics operations for DG and Non‑DG chemical products
• Manage and monitor 3PL service providers and transporters to ensure high DIFOT performance
• Ensure full compliance with safety, regulatory and chemical handling requirements (DOSH, DOE, HAZMAT, IATA, IMDG, DG)
• Lead and participate in safety audits, corrective action follow‑ups, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive inventory management and control, including cycle counts and reconciliation
• Collaborate with planning teams to optimize stock levels and manage slow‑moving or excess inventory
• Manage logistics budget, analyze KPIs, and lead cost optimization initiatives
• Prepare monthly logistics performance reports for management
• Work cross‑functionally with sales, customer service, supply planning, production, procurement, and quality teams
• Lead process improvements, SOP enhancements, and Kaizen initiatives
• Build and lead a strong, safety‑first logistics team through coaching, performance management, and succession planning

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of logistics or supply chain operations experience, preferably in the chemical or regulated industries
• Strong knowledge of chemical logistics, warehousing, and transportation compliance
• Proven experience managing 3PL providers and logistics partners
• Solid leadership experience with the ability to manage teams in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to operate effectively in an ambiguous and changing environment
