Fasttrack Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Logistic Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients in the import/export and customs clearance industries. The role is based in our Penang Island office.

What you’ll be doing
  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing customer orders and coordinating logistics and customs clearance activities
  • Tracking shipments and providing updates to customers on the status of their orders
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or logistics‑related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
