Job Responsibilities

• Duty Exemption Applications
• Preparation of Three-Month Statement Report to JKDM
• Preparation of Sub-Contract Applications and Reports
• Application for Additional Company Warehouse
• Preparation of Scrap Applications and Reports

Export & Delivery

• Delivery planning and packing arrangement
• Preparation of invoice and packing list
• Booking transport (Air – FedEx, Truck – Nippon)
• MITI – Form D Application

Import & Customs

• Update HS code data and ensure correct HS Code usage
• Send documents to forwarding agent for customs clearance
• Ensure imported items arrive safely at the factory

Other Applications

• Cost Analysis (CA)
• Certificate of Origin (COO)

Job Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years
• Education: Degree / Diploma / SPM
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English (Mandarin/Japanese is an advantage)
