(Local Japanese Speaker) Sales Planning Office
  1. Creation of proposals and business plans
    • Development and creation of proposals and business plans for new businesses and promotional initiatives
    • Preparation of proposal materials considering market environment, competitive situation, and profitability, and reporting to management
  2. Aggregation and analysis of performance data
    • Collection, aggregation, and analysis of performance data from ASEAN countries
    • Analysis of figures based on various perspectives such as sales, profits, distribution channels, and categories
    • Identification of issues and proposal of improvements based on analysis results
  3. Planning and drafting of promotional initiatives
    • Planning and drafting of promotional initiatives based on performance data
    • Coordination, proposal, and implementation support with local subsidiaries
    • Verification of promotional initiatives' effectiveness and proposal of improvements
  4. Handling business in English
    • Communication between local subsidiaries and headquarters in ASEAN countries in business English (reports, meetings, emails, presentation materials, etc.)
  5. Data analysis and Excel skills
    • Use of functions such as VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP for data processing, aggregation, and analysis
    • Creation of reports using pivot tables and graphs
    • Education and support based on the level of Excel skills
  6. Understanding instructions and identifying issues
    • Understanding the background and purpose of work instructions, and independently creating necessary tables and materials
    • Identifying issues through data analysis and proposing improvement measures
