Your Role & Impact

As a Loans Executive, you will handle Singapore-based customers and support them through the loan application journey — from initial consultation to approval and documentation.

Your work directly impacts:

• Client confidence in financing decisions
• This is more than sales — it is about financial guidance and service excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle warm inbound leads from customers in Singapore
• Advise clients and stakeholders on motor loan options based on their profile and needs
• Guide clients through the end-to-end loan process

  • Application submission
  • Documentation coordination
  • Follow-up on approval status
• Build professional relationships with clients and partners
• Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and service standards

• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience loan processing.
