A leading Malaysian company is seeking a Livestream Operation Senior Executive responsible for managing and scaling livestream operations for kid-related products across platforms like TikTok and Shopee Live. The role emphasizes optimizing sales performance, ensuring content compliance, and leading a team to achieve business goals. The Livestream Operation Senior Executive is responsible for planning, managing, and scaling livestream operations for kids-related products across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee Live and Lazada Live. This role focuses on driving sales performance, improving conversion rates, ensuring child-friendly and parent-trusted content, and leading the livestream execution team to achieve business targets.
Plan and execute end-to-end livestream strategies for kids products (toys, kids apparel, learning tools, etc.).
Analyze livestream performance (GMV, conversion rate, retention, traffic sources) and continuously optimize content and execution.
Develop monthly and campaign-based livestream sales targets and ensure achievement.
Design engaging, age-appropriate, and parent-trusted livestream scripts and product storytelling.
Ensure content complies with platform policies and is safe, educational, and suitable for children.
Work closely with hosts to improve presentation style, product explanation, and interaction.
Oversee daily livestream operations including: Show flow & rundown – Product sequencing – Pricing, vouchers, bundles, and flash deal – Coordinate with inventory, fulfillment, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Guide, train, and supervise livestream hosts, moderators, and support staff.
Coach hosts on kids product knowledge, selling techniques, and audience engagement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide improvement feedback.
Execute major campaigns (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, school holidays, festive seasons).
Collaborate with marketing team on traffic push, KOL collaboration, and paid ads alignment.
Support brand collaborations and special IP / ambassador livestreams if applicable.
Work with merchandising team on: Product selection for livestream – Bundling strategies – New product launches – Ensure pricing strategy balances competitiveness, margin, and sell-through speed.
Prepare weekly and monthly livestream performance reports.
Identify best-selling SKUs, underperforming products, and improvement opportunities.
Propose data-driven recommendations to management.
Develop and improve livestream SOPs (pre-live, live, post-live).
Standardize workflows to enable scalability and consistency across teams.
Ensure operational efficiency and quality control.
