Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. At least 1 year of live streaming operation or related experience is preferred. Those with e‑commerce or TikTok live streaming operation experience are preferred. Familiarity with OBS or similar live streaming software and basic live streaming equipment settings is required. Good English and Malay communication skills are required. Must be proficient in Mandarin in order to communicate with teams in other countries. Familiarity with TikTok live streaming rules, content specifications, and platform functions is required. Able to accept shift work, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Live Host schedules to ensure smooth and timely livestream sessions
• Prepare livestream scripts and conduct product briefings to boost host confidence and clarity during sessions
• Conduct basic training for Live Hosts on presentation, communication, and on‑camera presence
• Arrange product listings and make price adjustments before and during livestreams based on guidance from the Livestream Manager
• Ensure smooth execution of livestream sessions with engaging audience interaction and minimal interruptions
• Set up and operate livestream equipment such as cameras, lighting, and screens; knowledge of OBS or similar systems is required
• Monitor livestream performance and compile reports with insights and improvement suggestions
• Assist the Livestream Manager with daily operations and support any ad hoc tasks as needed
