Responsibilities

• Responsible for the growth of Live revenue according to company strategy.
• Train and assess hosts to improve live performance.
• Manage Tiktok processes including writing scripts and confirming discounts.
• Build Live revenue growth strategy and design monthly operational plans.
• Review and optimize Tiktok live broadcasts periodically.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the growth of Live revenue by the company‘s strategic objectives.
• Trainee and assess the hosts to improve the live tempo.
• Manage the process of the Tiktok, such as writing live broadcast scripts, confirm discounts with Brand team, writing product selling points, flash sale, giveaways, etc.
• By the annual operational objectives and budget, be responsible for building the Live revenue growth strategy and key benefits, designing the monthly ops plan, product promotions, and campaign activities to effectively improve each host's live revenue.
• Review the live broadcast of Tiktok, sum up experience, optimize the ops plan, complete relevant implementation periodically.
