Job summary

A prominent online retail company in Malaysia is seeking a lively and engaging Live Streaming Host to present products on TikTok Live. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in livestream hosting, excellent presentation and communication skills, and a strong understanding of TikTok culture. Responsibilities include hosting daily live sessions, interacting with viewers, and collaborating with the Marketing team to enhance the viewer experience. A fun and energetic personality is essential for maintaining viewer engagement.

• 1–3 years of livestream hosting or public-facing communication experience.
• Confident and comfortable speaking on camera.
• Able to explain information clearly and naturally.
• Fun, energetic, talkative, and good at maintaining momentum during live.

We’re looking for a fun, energetic, and charismatic Live Streaming Host to be the face of BJAK TikTok Shop.

🎬 What You’ll Do:

• Host daily TikTok Live sessions for BJAK TikTok Shop
• Present BJAK products (insurance & financial services) in a way that’s easy to understand and engaging
• Interact with viewers in real-time: respond to comments, answer questions, and build strong engagement
• Guide audiences to explore and purchase BJAK products directly during the live session
• Keep the live atmosphere fun, lively, positive, and high-energy
• Run interactive elements like Q&A, live offers, giveaways, and audience challenges
• Work with the Marketing team to refine scripts, talking points, and live strategies
• Review livestream results and share insights to boost viewership and conversion
• Confident and comfortable speaking on camera
• Able to explain information clearly and naturally
• Fun, energetic, talkative, and good at maintaining momentum during live
• Strong improvisation skills — can fill gaps and handle unexpected moments
• Familiar with TikTok culture, trends, and audience behavior
• Able to work in shifts (no midnight shift)
• Have experience hosting TikTok Live
• Know how to engage audiences and maintain retention
• Understand basic financial/insurance concepts (training provided)
• Have experience creating short-form video content
• 1–3 years of livestream hosting or public-facing communication experience
• Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills
• Familiar with TikTok Live tools, features, and best practices
• Able to multitask and handle pressure during live sessions
• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, Broadcasting, or related field (preferred)
