Job description

Host scheduled livestream sessions according to assigned time slots

Present and demonstrate products with accurate information and brand-aligned tone

Engage actively with viewers through comments, questions, and product shoutouts

Promote ongoing campaigns, offers, and product bundles

Ensure livestream environment is neat, well-lit, and professional

Coordinate with the eCommerce or marketing team for product preparation, highlights, and promotion strategy

Maintain high energy, consistency, and a strong on-screen presence throughout the session

Provide feedback post-session on customer reactions or recurring questions

Be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and public holidays
