Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Live Host to join our team at NMF CONSULTANT SDN. BHD. As a Live Host, you will be responsible for hosting live streaming sessions, interacting with our customers, and driving sales of our products and services. This is a permanent position based in Kuala Lumpur.

Requirements

Experience in live hosting OR content creation (Reels, Stories, Youtube etc.) is a plus

No experience? No problem! If you have strong communication skills and charisma, we'll guide you!

Must be comfortable on camera - confidence is key!

A passion for beauty and skincare - prior industry experience is a bonus

Majoring in media, marketing, advertising, communications, or related fields is preferred

Strong speaking and copywriting skills (English/BM)

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset

Must be able to work from the office/studio - no remote work available

Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!

What you'll be doing

Hosting live streaming sessions to showcase our products and services on Tiktok, Lazada, Shopee, etc

Interact with live audiences, answering questions, and share product tips and benefits

Driving sales and conversions during live streaming sessions through fun, authentic and persuasive hosting

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging content and scripts for live streams

Monitoring and analysing live stream performance to identify areas for improvement

Providing feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall customer experience
