Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years experience in Lithography Exposure of FCBGA substrate industry or Photolithography Semiconductor Industry.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Dedicated and results-oriented individual.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project tools installation and qualification to meet milestones.
  • Coordinate Lithography process with relevant departments.
  • Develop qualification plans and evaluation procedures.
  • Improve and maintain yield according to plant roadmap.
  • Execute process root cause and recovery.
