Job summary

A leading professional services company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement Specialist to manage outreach programs for senior executives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in social selling, a strong command of the English language, and interpersonal skills to engage high-value prospects. Responsibilities include crafting personalized outreach messages and managing multiple campaigns effectively. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred, along with experience in HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement Specialist
  • Proven or prior experience managing LinkedIn outreach or social selling programs, preferably for executives or senior leaders
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience of using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Experience in creating personalized outreach messaging and engaging high-value prospects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate or partner with senior executives to understand their expertise and capture their voice as well as thought leadership style
  • Experience with HubSpot preferred for lead entry and tracking
  • Attention to detail and discretion as this role requires the handling of sensitive communications and executive profiles.
  • Time management & organization as the role requires managing multiple executives’ profiles and outreach campaigns simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or any relevant field is preferred
