Supply Chain / Finance & Compliance / Warehouse & Logistics

Reporting To: General Manager (GM) / Finance Manager / HQ Compliance Lead

Role Mission: Ensure full compliance with Malaysia’s LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) regulations, manage all duty‑exempt materials, import/export activities, monthly submissions, and government audits. Safeguard the company from compliance risks while maximizing tax and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • LMW Compliance Management (40%)
    • Manage daily LMW license operations and ensure compliance with RMCD and MITI regulations.
    • Maintain LMW compliance checklist and documentation.
    • Lead preparations for RMCD/MITI audits, spot checks, and investigations.
    • Maintain updated records of duty‑exempt goods, process flows, and production capacities.
  • Import, Export & Duty‑Exempt Material Control (30%)
    • Handle all LMW‑related documentation for inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods.
    • Coordinate with forwarders, customs, warehouse, and production to ensure accurate documentation.
    • Track duty‑exempt materials to prevent shortage, misuse, or diversion.
    • Support BOM accuracy, consumption tracking, and waste ratio reporting.
  • LMW Reporting & System Management (20%)
    • Coordinate with Finance for stock reconciliation and cost impact.
    • Build dashboard for LMW data (import amount, stock balance, variance analysis).
  • Process Setup & Cross‑Department Collaboration (10%)
    • Establish SOPs integrating Warehouse, Finance, and Production.
    • Conduct training for employees on LMW compliance.
