Jeff Leong, Poon & Wong are looking for a Legal Associate to join our Conveyancing team. The ideal candidate must be responsible, meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Description Requirements:

1. Handle sale and purchase agreements (SPA), loan documentation, and all related conveyancing matters from start to completion.
2. Liaise with clients, bankers, property agents, developers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth progress of transactions.
3. Attend to signings and client appointments, including on weekends when necessary.
4. Ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance in all legal documentation and processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with strong academic credentials
2. Preferably 1-3 years of experience in conveyancing (developer and sub-sale matters, refinancing, perfection of transfer/charge.
3. A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
