As a Legal Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal services to our diverse client base, with a focus on litigation and dispute resolution matters. What you'll be doing
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support the preparation of various legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and court filings
  • Preparing and presenting litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other court documents
  • Participating in client meetings, negotiations, and court proceedings to gain practical experience
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate records of all client communications and case activities
  • Collaborating with the legal team to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of legal services
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
What we're looking for
