Job description

To be based in Kuala Lumpur (near to Ampang Park MRT)

Key Responsibilities

Drafting legal documents, structuring solutions for issues and providing support in legal issues

Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters

Negotiating contracts and agreements

Generally, handling and managing the entire spectrum of litigation work, including drafting of cause papers, attending to case management, assisting and/or conducting full trial and/or hearing

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidate must possess a valid practicing certificate
• At least one (1) year post qualification experience in corporate advisory or litigation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Malay
• Able to work as part of a team or independently, as required
• Able to meet the challenges of working in a result-oriented team
• Willing to learn and adapt quickly
