Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in relevant fields.
  • Experience managing stakeholders, particularly from Singapore or Europe.
  • Worked as an instructional designer in an adult training environment.

Location:Johor Bahru only (candidates from other cities must be willing to relocate in 6 months)

Mode:Hybrid (Twice a week to SG and ocassional trip to KL)

Reports to:General Manager (SG & MY)

We are looking for an Learning Experience Designer to be based in JB (2 work in office days a week in Singapore). This role is equivalent to similar roles such as Instructional Designer or Curriculum Development Manager or Education Producer. Candidates may start anywhere in Malaysia and move to JB after permanent employment within 6 months. Role starts in Jan/Feb 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Co-design our training programs and modules with our lead and guest instructors who are industry practitioners
  • Work with the operations team to improve overall program quality that meets the pre-program, program and post-program service delivery standards, business and customer success metrics.
  • Stakeholder management (Client & Instructor) primarily for our SCTP courses with Singapore Institute of Technology and Gen AI enterprise and public trainings
  • Observing lectures and taking notes and feedback for our instructional quality improvement
  • Apply critical, conceptual and systems thinking to improve the program delivery and logistics
  • Clean up prepared lesson materials and ensure consistency in learning and assessment standards
  • Collate and analyse feedback and reactions from the participants on presentations/workshops to highlight areas for improvement.
Side Responsibilities (Depending on candidate background)
  • Teaching assistant support on certain modules and our design thinking or Gen AI workshops
  • Pre-sales support as a learning experience consultant on enterprise projects
  • Deployed to support Gen AI and technology consulting projects as a backend support
  • Employee skills mapping and analysis
  • Recruiting and building our local instructor network in Singapore and Malaysia
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of full-time working experience in relevant fields e.g. business analysis, program management or project management
  • Past experience in project, event or program management
  • Past experience managing Singapore or European/American stakeholders
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Worked as an instructional designer in an adult training firm or higher learning institute
  • Adaptability and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge and interest in Business Analysis, Product Management and/or Gen AI
  • Independent and curious problem solver
  • Higher education qualification in teaching, education management and/or learning
