As a Learning & Development Assistant at Padini, you’ll support training initiatives that help employees grow while gaining hands-on exposure to the world of HR, training, and employee engagement.

This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals or fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in Learning & Development within a fast-paced retail environment.

What You’ll Be Involved In
  • Supporting the coordination of internal and external training programmes
  • Managing training nominations, confirmations, and participant communications
  • Assisting with training logistics such as schedules, venues, materials, vendors, and billing
  • Helping to maintain training calendars aligned with business needs
  • Supporting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skills gaps
  • Collecting and analysing training feedback and preparing basic reports
  • Assisting with the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Supporting team-building activities and employee engagement events
  • Helping share training highlights through internal newsletters and communications
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You
  • ✔ Have a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Training & Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • ✔ Have 1–2 years of experience in HR or L&D (fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome)
  • ✔ Communicate well and are comfortable working with people at all levels
  • ✔ Are comfortable using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
