Responsibilities
  • To manage and coordinate lean manufacturing in Western Digital.
  • Develop and train lean manufacturing leads in various department
  • Plan and implement lean manufacturing in organization.
  • Create lean activities timeline, execution and effectiveness of lean manufacturing
  • Resposible to meet all required KPI based on lean implementation.
Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering or any related fields.
  • Minimum 5- 10 years’ experience in EMS or electronics and related field.
  • Ability to work cross functionally to accomplish objectives
  • Possess strong communication skills & project management acumen.
  • Basic lean manufacturing knowledge from any manufacturing/semicon industries.

PREFERRED:

  • Experienced on Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 6 Sigma (green belt).
  • Good analytical skills, positive personality and takes initiative
  • Proactive in teamwork and independent work
  • Hands on experience in managing and implementing lean manufacturing/semicon in any organization.
