We’re looking for an experienced visual designer to execute brand campaigns, user acquisition initiatives, and help out with overall marketing work. You will ideate and produce visually engaging creative that builds the brand and drives customer acquisition. This role calls for strong conceptual thinking and the ability to turn ideas into scalable, on‑brand executions across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end‑to‑end creative for brand, acquisition, and lifecycle campaigns across digital, social, CRM, and performance channels.
- Ensure all assets meet the highest standards of craft, consistency, and on‑brand storytelling.
- Evolve the brand’s illustration system in collaboration with the Head of Brand and fellow designers.
Project Management
- Drive multiple briefs from concept to delivery, balancing priorities across regional and local stakeholders.
- Partner closely with marketers, copywriters, and product teams to align on goals, timelines, and creative execution.
Projects you might work on
- Product acquisition campaigns, event collaterals, and CRM email campaigns.
- Brand campaigns such as "You do life", "We do investing", "SG60" etc.
- Supporting the development and implementation of a scalable design system across all touch points.
Accountabilities of the role
- Deliver high‑quality, on‑brand creative that improves click‑through rates and drives customer acquisition.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of campaign and BAU design work across regional and Thai‑specific initiatives.
- Uphold visual consistency and craft excellence across all customer‑facing materials.
- Contribute to the scalability and effectiveness of our design system through strong execution and cross‑functional collaboration.
