RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, processes, and objectives.
• Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
• Evaluate and identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce to improve business processes and productivity.
• Design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop detailed user stories, process flows, wireframes, and other documentation to effectively communicate requirements and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct user training and support as needed to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Perform system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform developments and best practices to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead a team of 2-3 Salesforce Analyst

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, configuration, and customization.
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong awareness of organizational process
• Demonstrated experience as a team player as well as being able to work independently to ensure complete client satisfaction
• Able to communicate effectively with other colleagues, management, and corporate
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess problem analysis and resolution skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst preferred
