Job summary

A major construction firm in Johor is seeking an individual with a Degree in Quantity Surveying & Building Technology. The role involves managing the tender process, maintaining project costs from inception to completion, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Candidates should have at least 1 year of related experience, particularly in high-rise residential projects, along with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working experience in the related field.
• Experience in a consultancy firm or property developer.
• Experience in main building works for high-rise residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor tender schedule to ensure targets are met.
• Control project cost and ensure overall budget is maintained.
• Evaluate contractor’s bid and monitor cost elements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and QESHMS.
