Job description

Lead and supervise daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations and achievement of production targets.

Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and training to production staff.

Ensure production schedules are met with high quality and cost efficiency.

Uphold compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive upkeep and quick resolution of machine breakdowns.

Monitor raw material and consumable inventory; liaise with Warehouse, Procurement, and other departments for timely replenishment.

Support LEAN, 5S, Kaizen and other continuous improvement programs.

Prepare and maintain production reports, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.

Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

Requirements
Qualifications

  • Familiar with ERP/SAP systems and MS Office applications.
  • Sound understanding of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN, 5S, Kaizen).
  • Good analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Experience
