Responsibilities

Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of applications and customizations within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), including:

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Project Accounting
• Purchasing

Build and maintain components using Oracle Reports, Forms, Workflow, Discoverer, BI Publisher, and JDeveloper.

Partner with functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on Oracle EBS best practices.

Perform code reviews, optimize performance, and fine‑tune custom programs and reports.

Prepare and maintain documentation for technical designs, workflows, and enhancements to support future reference and compliance.

Qualifications

A successful Lead Oracle Consultant (Oracle EBS) should have:

• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle EBS development.
• Strong technical expertise across Oracle EBS modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Project Accounting, and Purchasing.
• Proficiency in Oracle Reports, Forms, Workflow, Discoverer, BI Publisher, and JDeveloper.
• Solid knowledge of PL/SQL, database architecture, and performance optimization.
