Overview
Assisting his/her superior (Manager/Asst.Manager/HOD).
Focusing on the third (3rd) party audit plan (as an auditee) and Internal Audit Plan (as Leader Auditor or auditor) in an annually cum an advance preparation activities cum coordination.
Responsibilities
- Audit filing up in securely and systematically and shall be reviewed prior each time for the forth-coming audit as normally conducted in an annually. Ensure previous audit findings are closed.
- To lead, to guide and liaise for the Internal Audit Team for all available systems at least once per year.
- To assisting for the Management Review Meeting report preparation as a mandatorily at least once per year for all those available systems.
- Appointed for assisting to the MR and also as trained Lead Auditor for all established systems.
- Perform GEMBA (site-visit) prior any third (3rd) party audit to ensure all implementations shall be in placed.
- Issuing PR for those related and follow up until payment done and file up securely.
- Internal and external audits summary cum kaizen efforts vs. concerned standard clauses.
- Conduct an annually risk & opportunities of all those available systems.
- To perform any other duties as assigned or any ad-hoc basis arises.
- Shall attend all related trainings to his/her roles and responsibilities either arranged by Human Resource Department or own departmental proposal to management by an advance approval.
