Job in Brief

We are looking for a leader in project marketing to lead a team to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing solutions including the execution of digital campaigns and branding across all digital channels as well as offline channels for lead generation in the project division.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Execute digital marketing advertisements on digital platforms to generate leads for the properties put to market.
• Create effective ads that is able to attract quantity and quality leads including understanding all social media platforms and ecosystem.
• Research, improve and implement market relevant methods in lead generation to suit the market.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers and lead a team of people.
• Track KPI and hit the target for the lead generation goals.

Requirements

• Currently active in digital marketing especially in generating quality leads for high value products.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in lead gen, lead performance management and has current market insights.
• Has used various digital platforms including FB, IG, XHS, Tik Tok, SEO/SEM and knows the dynamics well.
• Has a sense of art, graphics that impact consumers.
• Keen on learning and continuous improvement self-reflect, what went wrong, and what to improve.
