• Understand Production Sharing Contract and Joint Operating Agreement requirements.

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with excellent interpersonal, team working, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• All internal and external financial reporting including statutory reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of half-year and annual results following IFRS.
• Prepare statutory accounts in accordance with Malaysian GAAP.
• Maintain General Ledgers for corporate entities.
• Overall responsibility for accounting including Depletion, Depreciation, Revenue, Inventory, and Decommission.
• Cash management including cash forecast and payment authorization.
• Prepare cash calls to Corporate on a monthly basis.
• Deal with Banks for payment, receipt, FX trade, Bank Guarantee.
• Ensure compliance of Treasury controls and processes.
