Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of C&S management experience, with 2–3 years in Data Center/High-Tech projects.
• Strong knowledge of precast concrete, structural works, tolerance control, and QA/QC.
• Proficient in Mandarin & Malay; English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all civil & structural engineering works for a hyperscale data center project.
• Review and validate C&S design drawings, specs, and international data center standards.
• Manage precast concrete, superstructure, piling, and foundation works.
