Job description

Lead Analyst, SMS (SAP MM, Ariba, Concur)

Provide day to day BAU SAP MM, Concur and ARIBA support to LBUs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Act as Single point of contact on SMS technical issues of all end users, Group IT, SAP team, Concur and ARIBA customer support team.

Provide L2 support to resolve any system related issues.

Manages all assigned Incident & Service Request and deliver according to the target resolution time.

Self-discipline and good deliverables to promote accountability and trust at work.

Perform system configuration and customization.

Monitor system notification (errors) and take appropriate actions.

Follow and actively promote SAP, Concur and ARIBA best practice usage in all solution aspects.

Support end users in system usage and assist in raising overall SAP proficiency in the end user base and act as an SAP ambassador.

Provide training with end users in several ASPAC locations if necessary.

Successful system and process integration, efficient SLA driven end-user support and communications.

Delivery of system and business process training for fast-tracked PCR.

Liaises with necessary AIA colleagues or business partners outside GASC USC - Finance to ensure delivery of the functional work as required.

University / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.

3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in regional solution/system support with SAP MM/Concur/ARIBA focus across the ASPAC region.

Knowledge in Concur / ARIBA Cloud / Procure to Pay solution and SAP MM.

Procure to Pay business knowledge to manage communication with large finance user base.
