About the Role

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Analyst to oversee the Business-As-Usual (BAU) support and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.

  • Lead BAU support Operations: Act as the primary point of contact for BAU support related to Power Platform solutions.
  • Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement: Analyze and resolve technical issues, identify root causes and implement enhancements to optimize existing Power Platform solutions.
  • Manage support ticket queues, prioritize tasks and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with security, governance, and change management policies across all Power Platform applications.
  • Team leadership & Documentations: Provide guidance to junior analysts, maintain support documentation and champion knowledge sharing across the team.
