As a Technician at Usin Tech Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintenance for our retail technology products. This full-time position is based in Ipoh, Perak, and offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you’ll be doing
  • Set up hardware including installation and configuration of software & drivers.
  • Perform inspection, analysis and troubleshoot of systems and equipment.
  • Repair or replace faulty components in computers, laptops and other equipment.
  • Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated with optimal performance.
  • Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities for future reference.
  • Conduct PC and laptop maintenance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to retail staff on the use and maintenance of technology products.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to identify and implement technology solutions to improve store operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve your skills.
  • Perform other ad hoc work as required.
What we’re looking for
  • Diploma or Certificate in Computer Hardware, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support and repair role, preferably in the retail industry.

Our HQ is located in Ipoh, Perak, with a new branch in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. We operate Monday to Sunday (10 am – 7 pm) at HQ and Monday to Saturday (10 am – 9 pm) at the Seri Kembangan branch. With a strong focus on customer service and excellence, we have established a solid reputation and continue to expand our business.
