Job description

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualize and design innovative and sustainable landscape solutions for a diverse range of projects including residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct site analyses, prepare detailed landscape plans, and generate 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Prepare cost estimates for construction, maintenance and related landscape works.
• Oversee the implementation of landscape plans, managing projects from concept to completion.
• Attend tender site visits, prepare and submit tenders.
• Manage and fulfill landscape maintenance contracts.
• Manage landscape operations including recruitment and training.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in landscape architecture.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to address queries and secure approvals.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in landscape design, project management and maintenance.
• Strong technical skills in landscape design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and leading project teams.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, verbal and written.
• Passion for sustainable and innovative landscape solutions.
• Registered member of ILAN would be an added advantage.
