• Educates Customers on AST sterilization methodologies.
• Collaborates with partners on Customer Meetings to drive sales.
• Prepares statistical information for reporting purposes.
• Supports all company policies and performs other duties as assigned.

Job description

Laboratory Services Sales Representative

• Sells laboratory testing services associated with STERIS’ radiation and gas contract sterilization offerings.
• Develops strong business relationships and achieves objectives relative to negotiating and securing long-term agreements with Customers. Engages with Customers for contract review.
• Evaluates account performance against established objectives and identifies and implements strategies and action plans to ensure achievement of targets.
• Educates Customers on the various technical and commercial value propositions of AST sterilization methodologies to ensure the proper understanding and acceptance of our value-added contributions.
• Collaborates with partners in AST on One Team One Goal Customer Meetings that demonstrates the value of STERIS to drive outcomes that increase sales and profits.
• Prepares and provides daily, weekly, and monthly statistical information for reporting purposes utilizing various computer modules/programs to ensure appropriate and accurate documentation and data report occurs. Participate in special projects as assigned.
• Contributes in a team effort by performing in accordance to all STERIS policies, GMP, Lean principles and other directives; supports the directives and decisions of higher level management and performs other duties as assigned
