Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end training operations, including coordination and documentation.
• Hands-on experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training evaluation, and learning effectiveness measurement.
• Experience in managing HRD Corp (E-TRiS) claims and compliance requirements is an advantage.
