• Ensure adherence to SOP and process on a daily basis.
• Identify problem items and escalate to Lead/Supervisor.
• Communicate professionally to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Perform pre-screening and initial due diligence.
• Clarify with KYC QA and compliance if needed.

Responsibilities

• As our new KYC (Know Your Customer) Analyst you will have the opportunity to:
• Conduct documents screening on KYC process and sanctions screening for potential violations sanctions, in accordance with defined procedures
• Ensure that SOP and process are adhered to on a daily basis
• Identify problem items and escalating to the Lead/Supervisor as necessary
• Communicate professionally and constructively to effectively resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform pre-screening and initial due diligence
• Discuss and provide clarification if needed with KYC QA and compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field will be an added advantage

• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Willing to learn attitude
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (9am-6pm or 4pm-1am), including weekends and public holidays.
