Job Summary

The Kitchen Crew is responsible for preparing a variety of dishes. Production Kitchens manage the receipt, storage, organization, and distribution of food and supply items. They prepare daily mise en place, observe health and safety standards for all food and equipment, make requisitions for supplies, and ensure proper storage of food items.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook and present food effectively and efficiently, meeting the company operations manual and gold standards.
  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.
  • Maintain good knowledge of standard food preparation through training by immediate superior/manual provided by the company.
  • Keep up to date with the current promotions and new items in the menu.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness (housekeeping), food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Execute any other duties as assigned.
